Full Job Description
Apollo Animal Hospital is searching for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Apollo Animal Hospital has been providing excellent service and care since 1974. We are searching for a compassionate, well organized individual to add to our established team.
· Experience with AVIMark software a plus but not required.
· Must be available Monday, Tuesday and rotating Saturdays.
· Schedule veterinary well visits, sick visits, euthanasia appointments and surgeries.
· Check in / Check out all appointments and surgeries.
· Veterinary Prescription Diet knowledge.
· Animal health knowledge including vaccines and medications.
· Check and return emails, voicemails and patient pet portal requests.
· Answer busy multi line phone system.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 – $17.00 per hour
