Allcare Animal Hospital is searching for a Veterinary Receptionist that values a team environment, the ability to work with compassionate doctors. The Veterinary Receptionist works with our team to the fullest possible extent, to improve the quality of care given to our patients by providing amazing customer service to our clients.
In this role you will:
· Work closely with our clients and their pets
· Provide amazing customer service to our clients
·Open and Closing on business, including running end of day reports, counts of cash drawer, verify payments posted.
·Welcome clients to our practice with a warm and friendly demeanor.
· Provide client education and marketing
·Scheduling of appointments, obtain all necessary date concerning patient and owner.
·Preparing charts for daily schedule, including printing forms.
· Intake and Discharge of patients
·

· Basic Computer Skills
· Ability to multi-task
·Excellent written and verbal skills
Requirements:
· 3+ years’ experience working in a veterinary practice
· Cornerstone software experience is preferred
·Cash/Payment Handling experience
