We need exceptional customer care for our busy animal hospital.
We are 24hr/365 and filling positions that will work through evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We need energetic, professional, and caring individuals.
Responsibilities
Customer complaint calls.
Customer support.
Online customer support.
Checking clients in and out.
Customer service training.
Support to clinic managers.
Site inspection/assistance.
And other duties as needed.
You must be a fast and innovative individual.
Requirements
This job requires flexibility to be at the clinic at odd hours- nights, weekends, swing shifts, and holidays.
This job requires your ability to think and act within boundaries.
