Yorba Linda Pet Care Center is seeking an Enthusiastic and Empathetic candidate for the Veterinary Receptionist position.
We’re a full service veterinary hospital that requires a caring and compassionate individual who can handle multiple calls at once, is attentive to the needs of both staff and clients, and has a strong customer-focused demeanor.
DUTIES:
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and guiding clients to the appropriate exam rooms
Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
Presenting and explaining fees
Managing medical records, charts, and reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior face to face customer service experience
Willingness to learn
Compassion for both pets and people
Emotional awareness and empathy
Proven decision-making skills
EXPERIENCE:
Customer service: 1 Years (Required)
Veterinary clinic experience: 1 Years (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
