Full or Part-time position available for experienced receptionist at Manotick Veterinary Hospital. We invite compassionate, positive energy individuals with experience in veterinary medicine to join our team. Reception position involves client communications (verbal and written), electronic and hard copy filing, appointment and invoicing management. This multi-tasking role requires candidates to accept and manage the constantly changing priorities of any day. Professional and effective communication skills with clients and co-workers are key.
Shifts involve rotating daytime and afternoon/evening. No nights, weekends or statutory holidays. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Skills And Basic Qualifications
Experience working as a receptionist in a veterinary hospital
Ability to handle clients and animals with care and compassion
Strong written and verbal communication
The ability to lift 35 pounds without assistance and remain standing or walking for extended periods
