Full Job Description
Looking for a Veterinary Receptionist (Experience preferred)
20-40 hours a week/including weekends (Saturday) or part-time. Looking for full-time preferred but part-time is available.
Bilingual is mandatory.
Requirements:
English Native Speaker
Fluent in Spanish
At least a high school diploma
Animal handling minimum of 1 year
Customer service skills minimum of 1 year
Charging in and out customers
Record keeping minimum of 1 year
Multitasking
Organizational skills
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Understand medical terminology
Receptionist Position:
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, hardworking, detailed and experienced with fast-paced environments. Must have excellent customer service, be computer savvy and must be willing to be a team player.
Receptionist will be in charge of multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, checking clients in and out, and ensuring the receptionist area remains clean and organized at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
