Join Our Welcoming Team
Working collaboratively with other team members you will responsible for delivering excellent customer care to our clients and their pets. Our receptionist are very important to us and are an integral part of our team. In order to thrive in this role you will need to be care driven, empathetic, extremely organised, thorough, and a confident and efficient communicator.
Responsibilities & Duties To Include
Greet and acknowledge all clients as soon as they arrive in a friendly and courteous manner.
Deal with clients request in a professional and timely manner, following practice protocols as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up to date client and patient records on the computer
Record all payments and transactions on the computer.
Action emails, request clinical histories and liaise with other external services.
Book appointments, operations and visits.
Understand the importance of team work and be able to communicate effectively with all team
Understand client needs and consistently provide a high level of service
Deal with telephone enquiries by answering promptly, using good telephone technique and achieve a resolve.
Ensure that the reception area and desk are clean, tidy and odour free.
Handling and processing veterinary Insurance claims
Your Working Pattern
Full time – 40 hours per week. The rota basis may include days/hours between:
Monday to Friday 8am – 7.30pm
Saturday & Sundays 8.30am – 5pm
3 Bank holidays per year 8.30am – 5pm
