As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and supporting the veterinary team in providing the best possible care to our animal patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with veterinary staff
Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies
Maintaining client records and files with attention to detail and confidentiality
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a vet hospital or clinic
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Passion for working with animals and their owners
