Salmon Brook Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are a busy, eleven doctor mixed practice, so applicants must be organized and able to work as part of a team. Small animal veterinary knowledge is required. EzyVet software experience preferred. Large animal experience is appreciated, but not necessary. As we are a paperless practice, knowledge of computers is a must. Duties include answering multi-line phones, making appointments, checking patients in and cashing them out, maintaining medical records, and interacting with clients in a warm, and professional manner. Hours would include some evenings until 8:00pm and some Saturdays.
Hours – Day, evening, and occasional Saturday hours.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
