We’re growing our front desk team at Birmingham Animal Hospital + Resort — a locally and female-owned, high-volume veterinary hospital and luxury boarding resort in the heart of Birmingham, AL. Who We’re Looking For:
A full-time Receptionist with top-tier customer service skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly face that greets every pet and person walking through our doors
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and care
Communicate clearly with our medical and resort teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and fear-free front desk environment
Treat every client like family and every pet like your own
