Jaffrey-Rindge Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire additional qualified staff to join our team! We are an independent practice located in Jaffrey, NH. We are seeking a full time Veterinary Receptionist. The applicant needs to be reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently, organized and friendly.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, admissions, invoicing, scheduling appointments and managing multiple telephone lines. Knowledge about veterinary treatments, medications, and preventative care and the ability to educate the clients of these are required to excel in this position. Excellent client communication skills and attention to detail while multi-tasking are extremely important.

Previous experience working in veterinary reception is preferred.
Pay and benefits commensurate with experience.
