As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish — providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and supporting our veterinary team. Whether you’re greeting a nervous new puppy parent or helping schedule a pet’s wellness check, your compassion and communication skills make all the difference.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, is highly organized, and enjoys connecting with both people and pets.

This is a part-time position, with 10-hour shifts and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Compensation **:

Compensation: $22-25 per hour, for each hour worked*

Required qualifications and skillset:

1-3 years of client service experience

Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
