Roland Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Receptionist to our team.
Job Type: 40 hours a week.
Our clinic hours- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Daily responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and pets as they enter the clinic making them feel welcome and comfortable, invoicing and processing payments, answer phones (multiple phone lines), making reminder calls for surgeries, scheduling appointments, filing, and fax/emailing records, cleaning up pets messes in the reception area, and lots of multi tasking.

Skills:
Great people skills interacting with all types of clients showing compassion, great phone etiquette, excellent attention to detail, being a good listener and communicator, multi tasking, responsible and respectful, and being organized.
A love for animals with compassion and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
