Dr. Q’s Pet Vet is a new small animal clinic in Delray Beach. We pride ourselves on providing the best care to our patients and customer service to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, outgoing and compassionate team-player to join our team!

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Client Service Representative, and at least 6 months of experience in the veterinary field.

Some knowledge of heart worm prevention, flea and tick prevention, and basic vaccine protocols

Must have the ability to multitask as well as work individually

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

A positive attitude and the ability to communicate

Intermediate/advanced computer skills.

Available to work Saturdays and holidays when needed

Our practice is 100% paperless

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and scheduling appointments

Greeting clients and patients as well as checking in/out

You are responsible for confirming all appointments in advance ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment

Make outbound phone calls for updates and reminders

Cleaning and maintenance of the front desk/waiting room to ensure a great client experience

Process credit cards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Holidays

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
