to be the welcoming face of our clinic!
As the first point of contact for our clients and their furry companions, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and organized experience from the moment they walk through our doors. If you love working with animals

What You’ll Do:
Be the Face of the Clinic: Greet every client and pet with a friendly smile and warm welcome.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and front desk flow.
Master the Phones: Answer incoming calls, book appointments, and provide basic information about services with professionalism and empathy.
Support Our Clients: Educate pet parents on services and general pet care questions, while ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Handle Payments with Precision: Process transactions, manage client accounts, and maintain accurate records.
Keep Data Clean: Enter and update client and pet information in our EMR system quickly and accurately.
Be a Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with our veterinarians, techs, and fellow receptionists to ensure the best client and patient experience.
Turn Problems into Positives: Handle client concerns with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused mindset.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
1–2 years in a veterinary receptionist or veterinary CSR role is highly preferred, but if you’re a quick learner with a heart for customer service, we’re open to training!
Communication Skills:
Clear, confident, and kind communication with both clients and teammates.
Multitasking Superpower:
Ability to juggle tasks, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating computer systems, including scheduling and medical record software.
Team Mentality:
Cooperative spirit and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Flexible Availability:
Must be able to work at least four days a week, including rotating Saturdays.
