Veterinary Receptionist – Master of Multitasking & Treat Dispenser Extraordinaire

Your Daily Missions (should you choose to accept them):
Be the friendly face and soothing voice that welcomes humans and animals (bonus points if you can tell the difference).
Answer phones like a game show host—enthusiastic, quick-thinking, and unflappable.
Schedule appointments and procedures with the finesse of a Tetris grandmaster.
Read human and animal emotions like a psychic (or just have good intuition).
Check clients in and out with charm, efficiency, and minimal awkward small talk.
Keep our daily schedule flowing smoother than a Labrador chasing a tennis ball.
Call clients back like they’re your grandma (who you actually like).
Educate pet parents on our wellness plans, services, and why their cat needs dental work.
Manage records like Fort Knox—but with more fur and less gold.
Help keep the hospital sparkling—including the front desk, bathrooms, exam rooms, and sometimes…kennels. (Gloves are provided. So is emotional support.)
Process payments without accidentally ordering 300 lbs of dog food on Amazon.
Relay important messages between clients, doctors, and management like a communications Jedi.
Use our computer system like the tech-savvy legend you are (Windows-based, but we don’t hold that against it).
Follow our handbook and guidelines like it’s your favorite bedtime story.
What You Bring to the Pack:
A love for animals and their humans—even the slightly dramatic ones.
