The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary practice. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
Greet clients (both human and furry!) with a smile and make them feel welcome
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins and check-outs
Help clients understand the value of preventive care and the services we provide
Keep things running smoothly at the front desk with professionalism and a warm touch
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
A genuine passion for animal care and commitment to providing excellent client service.
Comfort around pets (you’ll see a lot of them!)
Bonus:
Veterinary or customer service experience is great, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
