What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, and thrives in a client-facing role. Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing check-ins and check-outs
Collecting payments and processing invoices
Coordinating prescription refills and record requests
Communicating clearly with both clients and the care team
Helping ensure each visit runs smoothly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of veterinary or medical reception experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfort using veterinary practice software (we’ll train you on ours)
Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
