Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and their pets, making a positive first impression.
Efficiently schedule appointments, manage the clinic’s calendar, and handle incoming calls.
Maintain accurate patient records and update client information in our database.
Process payments with meticulous diligence.
Assist veterinary staff with patient intake with gathering medical history.
Educate clients on pet care, vaccination schedules, and available services.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital.
Ability to multitask in a challenging environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine love for animals and their owners, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
