At Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to our hospital’s success. You will be the first Blue Pearl Associate that clients see, ensuring each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally challenging situations.

Pay:

$20.75 – $31.80/Hr

This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will:

Greet and make friendly eye contact every time the hospital entry door opens, offering a warm, professional acknowledgment.

Maintain a friendly smile, strong eye contact, and an approachable demeanor.

Be a compassionate listener.

Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the phone so clients can easily understand.

Assess each client’s needs and the pet’s general condition upon arrival.

Determine whether an emergency is ‘stat’ or ‘standard.’

Respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member.

Confirm all appointments in advance, providing accurate information on pet preparation.

Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients compassionately and discreetly.

Serve as a liaison during pet remains handling, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
