Veterinary Receptionist Extraordinaire!

Are you energetic and personable? Do you enjoy connecting with people and their pets? Are your empathy, friendliness, and organizational skills your strengths? We want you on our team!

At Pet Medical Center, we are an AAHA-accredited, small animal hospital dedicated to outstanding medicine and compassionate care. We operate five days a week, providing a balanced schedule for our team.

We’re looking for a veterinary receptionist who is:

Confident, kind, and clear on the phone

Empathetic and positive in interactions

Friendly and welcoming in person and over the phone

A supportive team player with a can-do attitude

Organized, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure

What you’ll do:

Greet clients and patients warmly

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients

Maintain efficient front desk operations

Support medical team to ensure excellent patient care from check-in to check-out

Minimum Requirements:

Utilize standard office equipment

Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures

Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays

Experience with veterinary software preferred

Ability to work independently and follow directions

Strong organizational skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and stress management

Pay range: $12.35-$20.90/hour based on experience
