Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and procedures.
Maintain accurate client and patient records.
Process payments and manage billing tasks.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area and exam rooms.
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
Provide basic information about pet care and services offered by the clinic.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
Compassion for animals and a genuine interest in their wellbeing.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in veterinary assistance or related fields is a plus.
