Who we are
Aptos-Capitola Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinary client service representative for a full-time position.
We have an opening for a new member to join our dynamic team dedicated to providing the highest standard of patient care with professional and friendly client service. We are a 3 Doctor, progressive, well-equipped veterinary hospital. We are in a shiny new location in the Rancho Del Mar Shopping Center in Aptos. Idyllically located just blocks from the Monterey Bay with world-class natural beauty and recreation balanced with cultural richness and quality of living.
We are a paperless office and have won 2 awards for our environmentally friendly business. Our vibrant support team is experienced and cohesive allowing DVMs to focus on providing the best client communication and quality care.
Responsibilities:
Adept at using computer-based record keeping, scheduling, emailing, etc.
Provide friendly, professional service with exquisite attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated to help the business grow by connecting with a diverse clientele and maintaining the hospital’s excellent client service reputation.
Must be willing to work at least 2 Saturdays a month. Work week is 4 – 10hr shifts.
