Busy 1 doctor AAHA-accredited animal hospital is looking for a full time/part time outgoing service oriented team member to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Primary duties will include greeting clients, managing multiple phone lines, processing payments, booking appointments, managing emails, and maintaining the reception area.
Candidates must have excellent skills in client services, communication, and multi-tasking. We are looking for someone with a friendly ready to help attitude, lots of patience, an outgoing personality, computer proficiency, and exceptional phone communication ability. Most importantly, candidates must be team players who enjoy working in a fast paced, but fun environment helping to make our clients feel like part of the family. Priority will be given to candidates with veterinary experience.
