Veterinary Receptionist Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
– Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
– Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
– Process payments, invoices, and medical records accurately
– Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
– Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as needed
– Educate pet owners on clinic procedures, services, and products
Experience:
– Knowledge of animal care practices and terminology
– Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with medical collection procedures is a plus
– Passion for working with animals and their owners
