Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital is the largest animal hospital in Arizona that focuses exclusively on exotic pets. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for both exotic pets and their owners. Our growing hospital offers intern and residency programs for veterinarians as we strive to educate and inspire professionals and clients alike. We are looking for an experienced veterinary technician with excellent skills and a love for all animals with fur, feathers, or scales! Exotics experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
Applicants must be able to prioritize, remain detail-oriented, and provide exceptional patient care. We are open 7 days a week and working at least one weekend day is typically required.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival at the veterinary clinic.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
Handle patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
Provide basic animal care
Communicate veterinary terminology and procedures to clients clearly.
Process payments and manage medical collections as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and waiting room.
