Description
West Hills Animal Hospital & Emergency Center is a 24 hour full-service animal and pet emergency center providing veterinary wellness and emergency care. As a client services representative, you will be the face of our facility, greeting clients as they walk in the door, booking appointments, checking clients in and out, and answering phones throughout the day. We are a busy, fast-paced environment, open 24/7, 365 days a year, to ensure we can provide excellent care to our patients and clients. Here, we treat our staff and our clients like family. We aim to create a welcoming, friendly environment for everyone.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
Process invoices payments
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
Accurately input data into computer software

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma
Weekend availability as needed
Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
