Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary: The Veterinary Receptionist is a key component when it comes to our hospital. As a Veterinary Receptionist you are the face of the hospital. You are the first team member to greet and speak to our clients. In addition to being a friendly face and comforting voice you will also have daily duties such as but not limited to appointment scheduling, payment processing, emailing, texting, and faxing. A perfect candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, effective communication, multitasking, excellent written and verbal skills, professionalism and a can-do attitude.
Bilingual (Spanish speaking is preferred)
Experience: Two-year veterinary experience is required, familiar with ezyvet software not required but a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
