Follow Your Heart Animal Hospital in Mesa, AZ is looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. We need someone who has the compassion to help clients and with the ability to complete multiple tasks at a high pace setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and screen phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments as needed
Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Preparation and maintenance of Medical Records
Over the Counter sales
Setting up New Clients/Patients
Qualifications
Proven experience with minimum of 1-2 years experience
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
Time-management and organizational skills
Must have a high school diploma
Computer knowledge (ShepherdVet Software knowledge is a plus)
Must believe in the concepts of preventive and comprehensive pet health care
Must be able to lift 30 lbs. without limitation.
A good candidate is someone who smiles, is accurate, punctual, strong character, self-starter and self-motivator. Must have a High School diploma, have some computer knowledge and believe in the concepts of preventative and comprehensive pet health care and the ability to work as a team player.
Salary: $16.25 per hour

Monday- Friday 7:30a -5:30p.
Lunch from 12p-1p
