Job Description Summary:
–Answering a multi-line phone system, interacting with customers, and scheduling appointments.
– Working within Cornerstone Software to schedule and change appointments, document patient information, check clients in and out for their appointments, and process payments.
– Helping to maintain the flow of appointments.
– Work well within a fast paced positive environment.
– Help to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
– Help with closing duties: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping etc.
– Health insurance, simple IRA, paid time off and pet discounts after 90 days.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
