We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team. This position is primarily a weekend position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the veterinary field
- Emergency clinic is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Experience with Instinct veterinary software is preferred
- Comfortable processing various forms of payment, including Cherry, CareCredit, Scratchpay, major credit cards, and cash
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
We are looking to hire immediately and are seeking a professional, reliable individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients and patients.
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
