Responsibilities
Greet clients and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
Schedule and manage appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with client inquiries
Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with pet supply sales, including food, supplements, and grooming products
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Support hospital staff with administrative tasks as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend or stoop as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or hospitality setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use computer systems and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
