Veterinary Receptionist Needed! Rockingham Emergency Veterinary Hospital (REVH) is seeking a part time receptionist to join our fun and skilled team!
REVH opened in 2009 and has been growing steadily since. We are a privately owned, 24-hour, emergency and critical care-only hospital located in affluent Windham, New Hampshire. Our receptionists are highly valued as patient advocates and are an integral part of the patient care team.
The ideal applicant…
Has prior veterinary experience.
Has excellent communication and client service skills.
Must have compassion for animals and their owners.
Works well independently AND in a team environment.
Has the ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, prioritize, is organized, and work with little to no supervision
Has strong computer skills (we are paperless).
Is available weekends and some holidays.
The job entails…
Greeting clients/ answering calls
Differentiating routine cases from emergency cases
Client communication
Entering client, patient and financial data in the computer
Generating invoices and processing patients.
The schedule…
Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, all shifts 3pm-12am
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, all shifts 3pm-12am
