Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office system.
Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
Strong sales skills are a plus, with the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
