They are capable of focusing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor. Whether clients are visiting for routine checkups or urgent needs, receptionists help guide them through every step with warmth and professionalism. They provide kindness during difficult moments and help create a calm atmosphere for both clients and patients alike.

Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Process payments
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system
Requirements:
- Experience in veterinary medicine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for animals and people
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
