Salmon Falls Animal Hospital is looking for a Full Time or Part Time professional, service-oriented, with some animal technician abilities to join our team. The ideal candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants will be able to take customer complaints, answer questions and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. We are looking for individuals who can work well both independently as well as within a team.
Responsibilities:
Answer mulitple phone lines and emails to identify and resolve problems.
Provide information to customers regarding product availability, or any other information necessary.
Answer customer questions.
Communicate with employees.
Maintain good working relationships with customers and employees.
Listen to customer’s requests and respond in a timely manner.
Solve difficult problems.
Follow up with customers after sales transactions.
Computer knowledge
Avimark knowledge a plus but not required
Animal technician knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
