River Run Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital, that welcomes both emergency as well as pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care. Beyond first-rate pet care, our clinic offers a comfortable, and a calming atmosphere, so our patients can relax and enjoy their visit.
Our clinic is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. We have state of the the art medical equipment and a progressive approach to medicine. We are seeking support staff for our busy, expanding business; grow with us! The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a commitment to providing excellent care.
Candidate must be proficient at operating a multiple-line phone system, checking clients in/out, taking payments and scheduling appointments, etc. Strong computer skills and ability to multitask is a must. We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and likes to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements:
High School diploma or GED certificate.
Flexible schedule, including some weekends.
Knowledge of medical procedures and animal handling.
Must possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and be able to manage stressful situations and work with others on a team respectfully.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
