Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and upbeat receptionist to join our team! We are a privately owned neighborhood practice in Plano. Our practice is devoted to the care of dogs, cats, and pocket pets with a wonderful established clientele who value their pets as family. Because you are the first and last contact with the facility and are key to creating lasting impressions, you must have a passion for people and their pets. We expect extraordinary client service and communication, outstanding computer abilities, accurate financial skills, and a consistently positive attitude.
Shifts include 4 days a week, plus rotating Saturdays. Salery is based on expirence. We are open to both full time and part time applicants – but prefer to hire a full time employee.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets by name
Answer phones promptly and professionally; screen and route calls
Coordinate with doctors and technical staff for complete medical care
Discuss services provided and answer client questions thoroughly
Schedule appointments and surgeries according to guidelines
Handling payments and end of day finances
Maintain cleanliness of client and reception areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
