We are a busy 7 doctor practice and need someone who can multi-task with excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills are a must, especially during high-stress situations. You need to be a quick learner and have a basic knowledge of computers and animals. You need to excel when it comes to working with people and their pets and have a kind compassionate heart. This is not a sit-down job. You will be responsible for client services such as phone calls, check-in/check-out, rooming clients and patients, medication fills, surgery paperwork for before and after as well as a multitude of other duties.
