Our busy small animal hospital is looking for an friendly, energetic, hard working individual to join our team in providing outstanding care to our clients and patients. Applicant must be efficient, cheerful, compassionate, and able to adapt to different situations. Candidate should be self motivated, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment. Must be good with people and animals and able to lift 40 lbs.
Duties include: answering multi-line phones; using practice management software; scheduling appointments; processing payments and accounts receivable; client interaction over the phone and in-person.
Veterinary or medical office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
