We are looking for individuals to join our fun and inclusive team. Those that are dedicated to cultivating client satisfaction while providing exceptional medical care. As a client service representative, you’re kind of a big deal! You are the first person that welcomes our clients and the last person to bid them farewell. You set the tone and reflect the culture of the hospital.Required skillset:2+ years of previous veterinary customer service experience required.Strong team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.Demonstrate maturity, good judgment, and professional manner/communication with clients and staff.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented and self-motivated.Promote humane and caring attitude/affection towards animals and always treat patients with respect.Provide exceptional and compassionate care to our patients and be committed to their overall care and welfare.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Fundamental duties include but not limited to:Providing excellent customer service.Ability to multi-taskScheduling appointmentsAnswering phone linesFilling prescriptionsRooming patientsManaging/responding to emailsMaintaining cleanliness of waiting/reception area pharmacy and hospital.Facilitate effective communication between doctors, clients, and staff.Physical Requirements:Pull, push and lift moderately heavy objects/animals weighing up to 40 pounds.Reach above or below shoulder level.Sit, stand, bend, kneel or squat for extended periods of time.Work Details:Open Monday through Friday from 8 am-6 pm.Full-time position.10-hour shifts.Salary based on experience.We offer competitive compensation and benefits for eligible employees, a generous personal pet discount, paid-time-off, and paid holidays.Working interviews will be required to assess if the candidate obtains the required skill set.Please submit a cover letter, resume, and salary requirements.
