Veterinary Receptionist Jobs in Spokane Valley, WA at Elevated Pet Dentistry
We are seeking a reliable veterinary receptionist to join an independently owned dental focused, general veterinary practice in Spokane Valley. Maintain your life work harmony with a set four day week, you will know when you work and when you have time off months in advance! We we looking for someone with a love of client service to advocate for quality dental care and educate clients on our services. Team members who excel at communication and empathy are a must. As the first person our clients encounter on the phone or in person you will help set the tone for their experience. Because we are a small practice your roll will overlap with other ares of clinic need as well, including maintaining the cleanliness of the waiting area and exam rooms. You will also be responsible for maintaining our website and social media pages. Veterinary Experience encouraged but not required. Ideally experience in a service industry or other front desk work ideal. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt are essential. Required: Strong communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Attention do detail with billing and record keeping Ability to problem solve and work independently Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Basic computer knowledge Familiarity with Social Media Empathy and understanding toward clients and their animals Reliable Transportation to Spokane Valley Strong work ethic Benefits: Be treated with respect. Wether you have an appointment on a week day, need to get to a kids soccer game, or have an agility trial, we can usually accommodate you. Four day work week (Monday-Thursday—That’s it). One week paid vacation to start and sick time. Additionally there is a 5 day Thanksgiving break (Weds-Sun) and the week off between Christmas Eve and New Years. We are closed for all bank/school holidays. Medical clerk license.
