Doing so allows us to provide the best possible medical care to our community and our staff with a strong personal quality of life.We are seeking a full time receptionist to join our team of pet health advocates to help us care for our beloved community. The right candidate must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, good work ethic, ability to take initiative and be able to work in a fast paced environment to guarantee our patients and clients are cared for.Veterinary experience is preferred but not requiredResponsibilities will include:Relaying the importance and value of services to owners.Client education and strong communication.Ensure each client feels valued and satisfied with the services they received.Greeting & assisting clients in-person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.Attention to detail.Schedule and efficiently manage the appointment book.Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments.Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients and their pets.We offer comprehensive benefits that include but are not limited to, no weekend shifts, employee pet discounts, bonuses, paid time off and 401k matching.
