Our reception team is the welcoming face of FRAH. You’ll help keep the hospital running smoothly while making sure our clients—and their furry family members—feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.Your day may include:Answering phones and helping clients with questionsChecking patients in and outScheduling appointmentsProcessing payments and handling invoicesUpdating medical records and client informationCommunicating with our veterinary team and clientsProviding excellent customer service during both happy and stressful momentsGetting your daily dose of puppy kisses, kitten cuddles, and the occasional “I definitely didn’t eat that!” storyWe’re Looking for Someone Who Is:Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping peopleComfortable working in a fast-paced veterinary hospitalOrganized and able to multitaskConfident communicating with clients in person and over the phoneDetail-oriented and comfortable learning computer systemsA team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever neededAble to remain calm and professional when things get busyAnimal-loving is a must!Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. This position requires employees to be available for the entire scheduled shift rather than only a portion of the shift. Receptionist also have a rotating schedule to assist with Sunday boarding pick-up from 3:30-4:30.
