The Animal Care Center at Granville is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Loves working with people and their pets
- Is comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Has great attention to detail
- Is a dependable, motivated team player
- Can multitask and stay organized in a busy veterinary environment
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and assisting clients
- Setting up new clients and patients
- Preparing and maintaining medical records
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Filling some prescriptions
- Over-the-counter sales
- Computer operation and data entry
- Processing financial transactions
- Providing a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and their pets
