Heartfelt Animal Care is a small animal practice looking to add an enthusiastic, compassionate receptionist to join our team!
We are looking to welcome a professional, experienced, detail-oriented, motivated customer service representative to join our hospital. We are conveniently located in West Roseville off of Pleasant Grove Blvd.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
- Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Have general knowledge of veterinary products (preventatives, medications, veterinary diets, vaccinations, etc.)
- Handling invoices, collecting payments and processing end of day reports.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and client communications.
- Maintaining cleanliness of all client-facing areas and exam rooms.
- Providing exemplary, compassionate customer service.
- Scheduling specialty services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
