Veterinary Receptionist Jobs in Olympia, WA at Evergreen Veterinary Hospital
Evergreen Veterinary Hospital has an immediate opening for a part-time receptionist. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience, with veterinary experience preferred. We need someone who can work effectively with people (not just pets), someone who has confidence and a friendly personality who can help clients through all types of situations. We are a very busy practice with 7 veterinarians and multiple phone lines.
Skills Required:
-Greeting clients, data entry of client and patient information
-Computer skills and using veterinary software
-Answering a multi-line phone system
-Scheduling appointments, taking messages
-Accepting payments
-Weighing animals
-End of day accounting
-Keeping the reception area calm and welcoming
-Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
-Punctuality and reliable transportation are a must
