Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
- Check clients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and provide estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians
- Keep reception area clean and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required (veterinary/medical preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional, positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
