We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing administrative support to the veterinary staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
Collect payments for services rendered.
Update patient records and maintain accurate filing systems.
Assist with the maintenance of medical records, including entering data into the computer system.
Provide customer service to clients, including answering questions about pet care and services provided by the clinic.
