Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
Professionally answer phone, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
Maintain accurate client and patient records, ensuring all information is up to date
Process payment transactions
Provide basic information to clients about veterinary services
Coordinate communication between the veterinary team and clients
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
